Our Position

Palmilla Cocina y Tequila does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA/CPRA”), “sharing” can also include disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. We do not share personal information in that way either. palmillarestaurant.com (the “Site”) does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any other technology that would disclose your browsing activity to advertisers.

Our Site uses only the cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as those that deliver pages securely and keep the Site running efficiently. Verification and Response

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any request. We may ask you to provide additional information to confirm your identity and, for sensitive requests, to confirm that you are the person making the request. We will respond within 45 days. This period may be extended by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary; if we need more time, we will tell you why.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you, and we may contact you directly to verify your own identity.

Third-Party Services

Our Site links to third parties, including OpenTable for reservations at both locations, DoorDash for delivery and pickup orders at both locations, our gift card provider (palmilla.cardfoundry.com), Google Maps for directions to each location, and our Facebook and Instagram pages. When you interact with those third parties, their own privacy practices apply. If you want to exercise privacy rights directly with OpenTable or DoorDash, you must do so on their websites or apps.

If we ever decide to sell or share personal information in ways beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy, we will update our Privacy Policy and this page, and we will provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism before doing so.
